The IVAM Full Service Package includes the following services:

Additional furniture and services need to be ordered additionally and will be charged extra. Please note: An additional media fee (985.00 €) will be charged directly by Messe Düsseldorf.

General terms and conditions of IVAM Service GmbH
Privacy Policy
In contrast to the general cancellation conditions for participation of IVAM Service GmbH, the following cancellations conditions apply for the COMPAMED
  • If the exhibitor cancels this contract or fails to take part in the event although he has received his confirmation of participation, the registration fee becomes due and will not be refunded.
  • If the exhibitor cancels the contract 7 to 5 months before the trade fair starts, the registration fee becomes due and payable as well as 50% of the stand fee (stand space price + corner booth surcharge if applicable). If the booth can be sold to a new company, IVAM retains the right to demand 25% of the total stand fee and the full registration fee from the original exhibitor to cover costs.
  • If the exhibitor cancels the contract less than 5 months before the trade fair starts, the full price will be charged – this includes the registration fee as well as 100% of the stand fee (stand space price + corner booth surcharge if applicable). If the booth can be sold to a new company, IVAM retains the right to demand 25% of the total stand fee and the full registration fee from the original exhibitor to cover costs.
  • If co-exhibitors cancel their participation, IVAM retains the right to demand 25% of the invoiced co-exhibitor fee and the full registration fee. In case of failing to take part in the event without notification of cancellation, the entire co-exhibitor fee must be paid.
  • If the fair / exhibition does not take place for reasons beyond IVAM's control or due to force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster, travel restrictions etc.), IVAM can demand the full registration fee and an amount of 25% of the stand fee (stand space price + corner booth surcharge if applicable) as a contribution to costs from the exhibitor. From co-exhibitors, IVAM can demand the full registration fee and an amount of 25% of the invoiced co-exhibitor fee. If the exhibitor has ordered additional chargeable services, these can be invoiced to the exhibitor additionally.
  • In the event of an extraordinary increase in energy costs for COMPAMED 2023, we reserve the right to pass this increase on to the exhibitors.
