All prices plus legal value added tax. The total amount will be charged by IVAM. The invoice for the IVAM Service Package will follow soon after registration and the total fee is payable within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions of IVAM Service GmbH

In contrast to the general cancellation conditions for participation of IVAM Service GmbH, the following cancellation conditions apply for the XPONENTIAL Europe 2026:

If the exhibitor / co–exhibitor cancels this contract or fails to take part in the event although he has received his confirmation of participation, the total fee is still due and will not be refunded.
If the fair / exhibition does not take place for reasons beyond IVAM's control or due to force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster, travel restrictions etc.), IVAM will charge the registration fee and 25% of the IVAM service package fee as a contribution to costs from the exhibitor.
If the exhibitor has ordered additional chargeable services, these will be invoiced to the exhibitor additionally.

We are aware that an active IVAM membership is required at the time of the trade fair.
