Covid-19 has changed our work considerably. Especially office work, which does not necessarily have to take place in the company premises, is now mostly done by working from home.
But are we prepared for this? Do we have suitable premises and the right desks and chairs so that healthy working in an ergonomic sitting position is possible? How can we replace movement with visits to colleagues' work rooms or walking to the canteen etc. together while working from home?

Together with "Meine Gesundheit-Genossenschaft e.G." IVAM organizes a workshop to discuss the topic of health while working from home and to present health concepts for companies.

Active participation should not be neglected either: Exercises are shown which you can carry out at any time while working from home - but after Corona of course also in the office. You can ask the experts questions at any time and get tips on how to work properly at home.
For members of IVAM, participation is free of charge. Registered non-members will be charged an administration fee of 50,00 € (plus VAT), which is also due in case of non-participation. Of course, the naming of a replacement participant is possible at any time and without additional costs. The necessary dial-in data for our video conference will be sent out shortly before the event!
