At the next meeting of the IVAM Focus Group Marketing, we aim to bring together a small, selected group for an open and confidential virtual exchange. The focus will be on how to successfully integrate Corporate Influencing and Employee Advocacy into the daily operations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The goal is to share best practices, practical tips, and lessons learned from previous attempts.
SMEs face the challenge of building visibility and trust in increasingly digital markets – often with limited resources. Employees acting as authentic brand ambassadors can play a key role here. In this session, we will discuss:
Looking ahead, this exchange could evolve into a collaborative working group – for example, co-creating editorial calendars, supporting each other through commenting networks, or building a strong and trusted peer-support system.
Note: This is a closed working group. Participation is available to IVAM members upon request (marketing@ivam.de). Active engagement, preparation, and follow-up are essential for a productive and trust-based exchange.
