Lambda Glass Solutions develops and manufactures custom fused silica components with precise three-dimensional microstructures. Using selective laser-induced etching (SLE), we create complex geometries directly inside the glass, from internal channels and precision fiber guides to integrated mechanical features.
Three-dimensional design freedom allows multiple functions to be combined in a single component. Fluid paths, mixers, filters, nozzles and optical interfaces can be integrated to reduce the number of individual parts and simplify system integration. Fused silica provides high chemical and thermal resistance together with optical transparency.
