Under the motto “Bridging Science and Industry,” the Terahertz Sensor Technology Center – a joint initiative of the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems IMS and the Fraunhofer Institute for High Frequency Physics and Radar Techniques FHR – will host a high-profile workshop in Duisburg on December 1–2, 2025. The event will focus on current developments in terahertz sensing and photonic integrated circuits (PIC).
Enjoy thought-provoking talks by Dennis Raffauf (RWTH Aachen) on athermal optical networks, Michael Kissner (Akhetonics) on Terahertz computing, Dimitris Tsiokos (Bialoom) on silicon plasmonic biosensors, Sonia Garcia Blanco (ALUVIA), Rainer Hainberger (AIT Austria), Nils Pohl (Ruhr-Universität Bochum), Timo Jaeschke (2Pi-Labs), and Jan Wessel (Fraunhofer FHR).
Researchers, R&D professionals, and technology companies active or interested in photonics, Terahertz, and sensor applications.
