Projec goals
  • Consolidation of the balance bewtween flexibility and stability for employees and enterprises on the example of the micro and nono technology industry
  • Development and verification of target group-specific work-life-balance-concepts
  • Establishment of a psychologic agreement as an intrument to model and implement work-life-balance-measures
Within the GeMiNa project, the psychological agreement with enterprises which are active in the fiejd of micro- and nano technology is used as an active instrument to support and implement work-life-balance-measures. This is done by consolidating the expectations and offers of the employees and the enterprises in order to agree on solutions for implementation. This results in sustainable psychologic agreements. These agreements are a major contribution for flexibility on the one hand and stability on the other hand.
