The French STATICE Group designs and engineers microsystems that are used in micromechanical engineering, electronics and computer science. The company specializes in custom systems for industries wanting to monitor their processes, especially the food processing industry. Especially food processing companies pay close attention to process quality and repeatability, and so value inspection equipment designed by STATICE. Whether using manual one-off or automatic test equipment, accuracy and user friendly displays make the work of the industry easier.

STATICE has been developing tempering measurement systems for the chocolate industry for five years. This tempermeters measure the pre-crystallisation of chocolate. That is extremely important for the later quality of the finished product. Other industries, like food processing, cosmetics etc., are benefiting from specific STATICE developments as well. At the moment two types of tempermeter are proposed by the company.
The product Exotherm SMART is a portable tempermeter which is suitable for all installations since sampling is done manually at any stage of your production line. In contrast, the tempermeter Exotherm IN-LINE is installed on the production line and enables sampling and automatic testing up to 5 times per hour.
